Refund policy

Each item is made to order through our production partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or color preference.

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• You must include clear photos of the item and the issue
• The item must be unused

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
